isnt this "My dress is the prettiest" "murderess is the prettiest"?
i think thats such a powerful lyric, so

like saying she's got away with doing what they think she did, but she knows she didnt actually do it, and is saying they are all surprised she is the 'best', or prettiest, although they think its like a cover for how 'evil' she is inside, and it is just so incredibly, for want of a better word, emotional!
