Actually, in response to morypcaina, the conjugation is likely correct. I've been trying to find information on originally intended translation but couldn't...however, it's possible that it was actually meant to be conditional. I personally translate it like this:
You ravaged my heart
I drank your blood
But we can do what we want
I would always be hungry for you
But we can do what we want
I would always be hungry for you
It's just a little change in nuance.
