I agree with everyone that this song as about a girl who's still in love with her ex. I think he's getting married or something, like years after they've broken up, so he wouldn't even consider that she'd be hurt. However, like they say, you never forget your first love, so truthfully she's not over him. She tells hims she's happy and okay because she knows admitting that she still loves him would just be pointless and painful.
