i see where your coming from rk but if you look at the verses of the song you can clearly tell its full on about God like in the first verse when he says "It's You that fear" and the Bible says to fear God as a form of respect and in the second verse when he says "You are what I crave You set me free I want to be Your slave" I can't imagine some one saying that about Satan. And about what dawntreader said I think the thing about "energy" is about how like when you can truly feel God's presence you feel a spiritual energy just flowing through your veins and all around you, you know what I mean?
