I like the lyrics, and the verses. But the chorus is just... well, you can't even hear her voice. The live performances of this song aren't brilliant either. I still love her, however.
To me this song is very self explanitory. It's about Delta saying "Hey, I went to a really bad place, and here I am on the other side and I'm happy again." It sums up exactly what she wanted with the album - a fresh start, a new image, to shed the baggage and... well, believe again.
