I actually tend to agree with Koch on it. Lvl, a lot of MSI's songs have way more in-depth meanings if you listen to them, so I wouldn't be surprised if this had to do with Royal Inbreeding.
Before reading Koch's interpretation, however, I always took this song as a kid who was upset because they weren't molested by their parents, and the kid narrator had a sibling or something that was. They felt jealous and unloved, because in their mind's eye, their sibling was getting special treatment.
