Hey im new here and this is my first Song meaning input so here it go's.
i think that a person guy/girl has this so called "Carcinogen Crush" on him but he tell him/her that he's not the type of guy they would want and that it's just a silly "Crush" and the feeling will pass but at the same time he is flatterd that someone could show him that much distant affection.
And by the way AFI is my fav band of all and this is one of their best B-side i ever heard!
