it could actually possibly be about how she is still in love with the boy that once loved her back. Now that it's over, the girl still wants something but the boy only wants it whenever he wants it. When he does want it, its only purely to get some and not because he feels remotely for her what she feels for him. The cycle never ends. She full well knows shes being used but its so hard to break away "I'll say I'm done and then you smile at me And I'll forget everything I said".
