I think the correct title of this song is "Here Come The Sirens".

That aside, this has to be one of the most amazing, tranquil, mysterious and eerie songs I have ever heard, and one of my all time favorites.

Coming from an Australian band, I feel this song tells the story of a long, sweltering summer's day; the kind of day where you can't move or leave the house or even think for the heat, the kind of day where the cicadas are droning in the background, and the world disappears into a shimmering mirage on the horizon. The "sirens" are the sirens of fire-engines somewhere off in the distance (which are also the "trucks outside" his door), while the singer looks up into the "deadly" night sky, all aglow as the fires reflecting off the smoke, "like ash Wednesday" (one of the worst fires in Australia's history).

Absolutely spectacular and haunting song.
