i love this song. surprised nobodys commented on it. i think its about literally losing track of time...like life STOPS but you are there to just think, and you analyze yourself so deeply that you no longer are sure of yourself and your identity, and the truth has become so clear you cant handle it. maybe the truth about a relationship. like, the "ive seen its worth your while" part, like his suffering is worth her while because she gets something out of it, be it money, sex, drugs, etc
