This song hits me harder than any other on the Born In The U.K. album. It reminds of a time in my life where I just took the easy road and was in denial a lot about myself. I was never really hurting anyone else, but I was quietly blaming outside factors for the things I wasn't acheiving. When I was 21, if I had only realized that "All the changes must come from you" and I should've taken "the long way round"...maybe I might have been a little more successful or happy with myself today. Great song...brings tears to my eyes.
