I agree with what youve said about the lyrics, I also here "we're all out of luck this time, we've fallen apart" and "warming skies".
I think this song might be about growing up, becoming one person and having to fight for things one your own. It could be relationships aswell, hence the "We've fallen apart" But i definetly think its about finding the world for yourself and having to do things on your own!
