i just found this band on purevolume.com and i'm starting to love them already. this song really speaks to me and i found the lyrics real deep and sweet. for some reason there's a whole verse left out, it comes just before this part;
"This room is too cold to hold back your tears
And your heart is too weak to wear on your sleeve
If I’d allow myself to feel
The things I know I should
Then I might not be standing here"
and goes like this;
"my mind is busy trying to sort through your words,
or let the other ones in that i want to hear.
and rip my heart up piece by piece, to show you how i feel,
if i thought that you'd even care".
all in all, frickin' awesome tune.
actually there are two versions of this song. the lyrics that you found are from the version on the album "A Lesson in Charades". most people don't know this version and therefore only hear the one that comes off of the album after that, "Slip Into Something More Comfortable"
