so does anyone have any speculations as to what this song is about? me personally, i think its the character thinking about comitting suicide because of the chorus saying "just stare down the barrel" and such... plus claudio said something about the character contemplating suicide on one of his interviews... but that he realizes that to take such an easy way out would be weak

It’s a metaphoric suicide. If you self reflect to instances in your own life. Whining, crying, self doubt, etc etc, is useless, you’ll just “stay afraid.” By taking a leap of faith, or committing suicide to your weaker self, you will find your true self.
