This is my favorite song on the album. The instrumentation and vocalization really express Claudio's pain at this point in the story excellently.
In Claudio's interview with Garrett Press he said that the Keywork is already destroyed, and Claudio the character is reflecting on some of his past loves and his regrets of never being able to tie up loose ends with those people. The life he had been given was a very sad life, and this song really makes the listener feel for him.
