what a great double entantra i'm suprised no one mentioned the use of the word "father." not to sound like one of those people who takes every song religiously but it's kind of like he's praying because in some religions father is another term for God. he also says lord in the opening sentance. i am pretty sure marshal knew about the double meaning when he wrote this too.
