I actually lived this song a little one night,...my 34th birthday in April of 2000,...I was so wasted and around four in the afternoon, I went to the apartment that I had shared with an ex gf for almost 5 years. We had just broken up a few months earlier, and I was regretting it, trying to get her back. She wasn't home, actually she was at work,..so I drank and got into the bed. I woke up at 7:30 thinking it was 7:30 the next morning, and she never came home after work. When I realized it was the same day, I got in my truck, played this song, and went back to my bar to continue drinking.
