He's naming off a bunch of obscure names for drugs, some of them known, but most of them I'll admit to have looked up on urbandictionary.com.
Like I said earlier, I don't think the song has direct relevance to drugs necessarily, but I think the poetry adds to the metaphor, and more than anything, the way he begins slowly and speeds up alphabetically until the end provides a good intro and a really powerful outro.
