I feel it has something to do with the girl feeling like she's been used by guys, and the lyrics "each day, each dollar," kind of highlight that, making a refererence to how prostitues (who make money off of sex) are used. Not saying the girl of the song is one, i tihnk he's lyrically trying to convey the way the girls been treated (like a prostitue being used) by men.
