I feel like the song is ween sick of charlie complaining all the time. basically, this song is almost sarcastic. "im so sorry charlie, i got my own life to live, so just call your friends at college..." i think they are sick of their drug dealer selling them drugs because hes always bitchin about how his life sucks and ween just says "sorry, charlie"...
