I'd of thought it was about anarcho-syndicalism. Black and Red are the colours of the anarcho-syndicalist flag and numerous other references to anarchist philosophy. The line "conditioned to compete whether you lose or if you win" which refers to the capitalist theory of businesses competing to stimulate economic growth, as opposed to the co-operative nature of most anarchist theories, makes it most evident other then mentioning Black and Red.
