i think this is about the postmodern life, especially technology and alienation; these trees and woods grow over us and shadow us from one another, covering up our hopes, dreams, and sorrow over the way things are... the soul of the people, in other words our inner selves are being crushed and harmed under the weight, so 'set the woods on fire' means to take down the false pretenses and all the dishonesty that exists in society, especially in the way that classes relate to each other and how those relations are expressed.
