I actually think that this song might be about self-harm and depression...
I think that just because of these lines though:
"Grey would be the colour, if I had a heart"
-Shows that the singer feels nothing... empty... grey
"You make this all go away
and I'm starting to scare myself"
The self harm makes everything else go away, but it scares you because you're worried it's taking control or something along those lines.
"I'm down to just one thing"
It's the only way you can deal with it, to self-harm.
"In this place it seems like such a shame
Though it all looks different now
I know it's still the same"
How after you self-harm you might look at what you've done in a different light and see how bad it is.
