A good person underneath

However accidicted possibly to liquor

So they arn't being theirself as they have an alcahol or drug addiction

to oppose my bored dead cowboys
Buy me some time to spend
Staring into your eyes...
they are being asked to start fighting for thierself

as the person trying to help them is bored of their actions

3)Caught sipping from
the cup of denial
your precious addiction
Your lies taste vile
[this is where i get the feeling it is an alcahol addiction]
the one addicted is caught again drinking

they will not admit they they are addicted

and someone says to them yes, you are addicted

The person trying to help finaly gives up after catching them at drinking again
