i personally think this song is about a bad trip or life in general when hallucinogens take a major role. i used to get so paranoid and weirded out by everything from mass consumption I never wanted to sit tight anywhere. i just wanted to keep feeling motion or the thought of moving forward either physically or mentally. and from one second to the next....you never know who are you. and that really is scary.
