"her purse was filled, all her silver unsold"... the homeless guy surely doesn't have anything but his "pawn shop horn", but he's making the most of it... "i'm homeless, god bless, good day"; he doesn't hold a grudge against the old lady, even though she wouldn't offer any kind of help
