I agree this song can mean a lot of things. I do believe that she wrote it as just a cute, loving your boyfriend, song but its fun to think of it in different ways. How about taking the title as some good wine? Once she drinks she starts to feel it affect her body, tingling her insides from head to toe, making her smile giddy. The wine is her escape "makes her feel safe"
