It's mighty obvious what it means, a girl (or in this case a boy) dreaming about a kiss he longs for. He/she wants to be kissed anywhere (as in location, not on the body pervs)
He/she's imagining how great it'll be (strike up the band and make the fireflies dance is a reference to the popular "knight in shining armor" dance or ball, where the band is playing as everyone wathes the one couple kiss, fireflies being the sourse of light, flying around making the place a dim-litted orgy of kissing).
