They want people to realise, to ask (ask me how I am, ask me how I've been), but no one's noticing at all. They're furious as people for not realising, but when people ask at all, they deny anything's wrong. But, they still think people should realise and keep asking (now you don't bother looking twice). This is such a great song, Paul Dempsey is amazing!
