I think it is about a break up I mean not completely, it is about a guy who is really depressed and sees no reason to go on anymore but he's like that because of relationships. It seems he is trying to move on though....When he says "to start another game, its getting old" it makes me think that maybe he's talking about getting into another relationship. But fuck I could be completely off but I don't care because I love this song and I've had my heart broken alot so my interpretation works for me....ya know.....
