i believe that the "beautiful girl" described is not cheating on her husband, but is in a relationship that is entirely unhealthy and perhaps a bit abousive. Calling her a "girl" as opposed to woman or any other word suggests that she's very innocent and insecure, which would make her more succeptable to being in one of these relationships. the "blood on the floor" section is about her finally having had enough and killing her boyfriend. however, i think this is more of a vision or idea, rather than what she actually does. In the very last part i think that she has finally ended things with her boyfriend and though she is lonely, she is "fine" for the first time in years.
