This song is pretty much just about missing someone who is very, very dear to your heart. Makes me think of a relationship that ended badly. You still have all the same feelings towards the person you loved, but it seems like the other person could care less. And you wonder.. wow.. does she even miss me at all? But you still want the best for the person, even if they are really ignorant of your current state.
