So, it sounds like a pretty nasty breakup to me. Looks like the girl is splitting up with the guy. She probably tells him that she still loves him and what not, and that she'll always be there for him, etc, etc. .. but deep inside the guy knows that she's just lieing. Maybe he knows that she's cheating on him. In any case, knowing what he does tears the guy apart, and he goes into a fit over his broken heart in an attempt to erase the memories of the girl who meant so much to him.
