Summary:
A prophesy or prophesies comes to pass, so two recievers turn away and this causes someone/thing to wake up and roam the globe.
Although I'm constantly tempted by the suggestion that Klaxons lyrics aren't meant to be understood (just odd clauses put together randomly), there is a certain feeling I get from this one.
The feel is similar to the chaotic and sci-fi theme mentioned in other songs on the album. It sounds like a series of predicted events coming to pass:
'a troublesome troupe out on safari,'
'a gathering of teens in old sargasso*,' &c
at which point two ancient satelites in orbit wake up to follow the arcane commands set in them by their creators.
The final stanza seems somewhat musical:
'strings to your bow,'
though it has a feeling of being a response to the recievers turning away.
Or it coud just be nonsense-sentences stuck together.
Other note:
link between krill and sargasso [recent studies indicate the sargasso sea to have far higher diversity of micro-organisms than was previously believed]
*even though the sargasso sea isn't somewhere that you'd really expect anyone to be gathering
