Collegeguy666 - Dude, although this song can relate to standing by someone's side throughout trials and problems, there a couple verses that hint to deeper meanings.

"After all this time Still you struggle Even words of love Ring so hollow"

A basic belief of Christianity. No matter what God has said to mankind aka Bible or whatever, even the kind and non "rule making" ones, we still don't listen to Him very well and as a result, we as mankind struggle so much (war, murder, theft, depression, etc).

"I have no regrets I have no remorse And if you falter I wont let you down"

This struck me as a person saying that they are perfect, although not bragging but rather saying that becuase of the perfectness of their character, they will never let you down. And honestly, I do not believe anyone alive in this world is perfect, except for Jesus. You may say that this is just Christian crap, but KSE's lyrics in their songs are an upbeat, "live life for more than the daily and selfish grind the rest of the world knows all too well" outlook on life.

Soccer...think about it, war exists because of religion. Your ignorance appalls me, Holy war being fought today, the crusades, differences in societies and cultures around the world are always directed to a different religion. The bible was written by a bunch of male chauvinists who sat around and had nothing better to do than try to explain odd occurrences that they themselves couldn't explain. Face it, religion is an attempt for people to not fear the unknown because that is our biggest fear: not knowing. You can click the negative sign all you want, but you need to be able...

Also know, that I am not saying religion is the only cause, I am strictly saying religion is a powerful force that has caused many wars, and it is unfair for you to say humans alone cause wars because we don't listen to this "him"

"I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else." C. S. Lewis
