It's been said, and it's pretty obvious that this song is about Tim. This album reminds me of a Punk version of Alanis Morrisette's early stuff about Dave Coulier. I've always loved bitter ending love songs by chicks. I don't know why. It sounds like she depended too much on him to make him happy. You can see it in her old songs too. I knew the relationship would end when I heard "Young Crazed Peeling" when she sings, "I love a man from California, he's the prettiest thing, we got the same disorder. How you feel! It's okay! It's never gonna change anyway!" Sounded obsessive. I'm thinking Tim felt smothered, and rightfully so. I've had similar relationships and the signs are all there. Tim was naive and thought he could "save" her from her sorrows. Brody was let down (rightfully so) because he built her up and let her down.
