It's too bad this band broke up, they were something special.
I spent some time trying to figure out what this meant, all I can come up with is a guy just stuck on the thought of a certain girl, wondering if she feels the same way about him. He says "we say hi to say hi" which leads me to believe they are just acquaintances. THen he says "We know there must be more to our lives" so he wants to be more than just friends.
Thats just what I get out of it.
