the guy must be really hot or something, coz the girls all fancy him.
he seems selfish and mean, but i can detect a glimmer of emotion, when he sings;
"And if you’d only take the time to look my way
If you would only take the time to see well I might let you stay."
Basically, if they'd only look beyong his good-looks then they might see the real him, and he then might want a relationship with them (i might let you stay).
