Not entirely sure, the "I give three thoughts just to say hey," line makes me think it's about thinking before you speak but then I looked over again and I'm starting to think it's about not being able to trust people and that you're not really safe whatever you do (first two lines and third verse made me think that).
I still have no idea about the last verse though.. and I'm probably completely wrong.
