I think this song is pretty straightforward, but still I ADORE it. It's about being different, about not fitting in, a premise Willy goes into often.
And to answer one of teh questions poised: what's so good about being good? well, if Willy doesn't know, NO ONE knows, becasue he's the BEST at beign good, lols.
The pacifist undertones makes me smile. I esp. like the lines:
