i adore this song. it's light sounding but so emotionally charged all the same. A great way to end an even greater record.
She has been waiting for someone, finally decides that "ending it" is much better than doing nothing at all. She knows she won't regret her decision (says so in the beginning) but she does know she will undoubtly question it. If that other person had come around...or maybe if she herself had done the same, they would have truly been something special. But it can't happen. And she makes her decision.
