This isn't my theory, this is something a friend pointed out to me and, when I look at the lyrics, it's something I've noticed. I think it's about someone losing their virginity, but possibly, regretting the desicion - "What must we do to restore our innocence". That's what I've gathered from the song - I'm probably wrong. If it is right, it's done in a very subtle way.
