i think this song is talking about some kind of sci-fi human research facility, where they feed the humans certain foods and medications to test their health and mental stability.
"This is a breakfast club!!": With the wacky voice saying that at the begining, it sounds like maybe the specimens in the facility have been brainwashed into thinking that their members of a special club of some sort, and have no idea that they are specimens...
