Don't you ever mincth meat? → Cut off my tongue is a metaphor. for not being able to speak, but in dreams you have to have a reason for things. Which is why she can't speak in the dream -- because of her own tongue-tied self her subconscious hasto come up with a reason why she can't speak in the dream. I think the play on words with "miss me" and " mince meat" is Regina being funny and quirky in the way that if her tongue were cut off, she would fuck up on words.
