Okay, this might be completely wrong but I've always wondered why on earth this song is called "Doughnut" and I was really excited 'cos I had an idea last night. I think it's called "Doughnut" because when you eat a doughnut you really like it and you want another one and another one but you know it will make you feel sick evenutally and this is what is going on in this relationship or it's past that point so that when they first got together she loved it and kept taking but now things have turned bad she feels sick.
