maybe this is incorrect, but i always took this song as being about a guy remorsing over a girl getting raped. the words "you scream dont lok please god dont touch" really imply that in my oppinion. and the words "and every time i think about ur voice i start to tremble" i dunno makes me think of how the thought of an innocent girl getting abused makes him shutter disgustedly and the sound of her voice reminds him. this is how i take the song. it's such a powerful song and truthful.
