HOV stands for High Occupancy Vehicles, meaning you have to have 2 people to ride in that lane, thus it 1) has less traffic, and 2) it "slows global warming"... and dude, if you want more music by him, from his new album, you can check out his myspace... it has "so much love," and "break it out..." i have his new album pre-ordered... and i'm really excited about it... it'll hopefully bring about some of the changes that he's bene going through in his life... and put them into his music.
