I think, this song is about people that are sick and depressed with the situation their in, but they do and say nothing about it, until they run away or kill themself. And the ones that are left behind can't understand and feel guilty, but what could they've done, when those people never made a sound in the first place? This song is about telling those people that this attitude sucks and that they can eat shit, 'cause the singer won't feel guilty at all no more.
