I can't believe only one person's commented on this song!!! I love Gavin DeGraw and think this is one of the best songs on the album.
I think it's about a guy who used to just go out and have fun -

But he's realised now that he's with this amazing girl (or could be with this amazing girl?) that was all a waste of time because this feeling is so much better. I think he either isn't going out with her and is just fantasising about it, or has only just started dating/getting to know her - it sounds quite like a new love, and is saying he WANTS to get lost with her, not that he has got lost and liked it!!
Basically it's about how much he likes a girl. And like Jess says, it's really sweet.
(I also love how the title, before you listen to it, makes you think it'll be an angry song with him telling someone to "get lost" but in fact it's entirely different.)
