So I'm a rather new Poison the Well fan, a friend of mine recommended them to me, and I went and checked their myspace to see what they were all about, and instantly I went out and got everything of theirs that I could, When I heard this song it was like magic, I said to myself "I am going to listen to the shit out of this song, and love it".
But the lyrics are slightly confusing... Its obviously about a girl, and one he had to let go, but why? My take on it for now, is that she was good with everything, but he couldn't connect with her on a conversational level, like their only problem was they didn't know how to communicate...
